About Us
A brief note about onsite and contract training.
When we come to your worksite or Nation for contract training there are additional costs that come with us hosting the course at your location. Additional costs include travel ( ferry, fuel, meals, mileage ), accomadation, instructor costs, facility rental (if needed), course administration, etc. As an example our Central Coast courses take on average nine (9) days for a two (2) day Standard First Aid with CPR "C" training. This breaks down to two days travel to the site two days of instruction and two days to return. Plus one day to load and one day to unload / clean the first aid equipment and half a day at the beginning and endo of each day for ordering manuals, registering exams and certifications, etc. This totals nine (9) days total to deliver your two day course. I hope this helps outline the time frame required to run courses better.
The course costs are reflective in either the individual course fees, or additional fees that are negotiated with the hosting worksite or Nation. In the end we are aware that it is much more economical for these costs to be born once vs times the number of members or employees that would have to take their training away from the community.
